Our Architectural Designer/Director is a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design II) and is a professional member of ADNZ (Architectural Designers of NZ) and as such has proven his design skills, knowledge and ability in front of peers. ADNZ members are bound by their professional code of ethics. Belonging to this body allows AdMore Designs to access to a vast information base of knowledge when necessary. Continued professional development is encouraged for all staff with an emphasis to provide added value to projects of all natures. Provision of quality documentation is part of AdMore Designs ethos and reduces processing queries by council and queries by builders during construction, resulting in reduced wait times. The starting point in any and all building projects is to discuss your ideas with the Architectural Designer. Often people think the starting point is to approach the builder and are soon told “show us some plans and we will give you an estimate”.
AdMore Designs is an Architectural design studio that specialists in the creation of new home designs, house alterations/extensions and new or altered commercial buildings. Our website allows you to view just a fraction of the projects we have completed over the years.
AdMore Designs Core Philosophy is that we believe our clients are the centre of the design process. Our Designs are a reflection and expression of our clients wants, needs and dreams, therefore we effectively become partners in the design process. We take an active roll in listening and unearthing your likes and dislikes, gaining an insight into how you live and what type of lifestyle you enjoy. This interaction identifies design aspects and features that are important to include in your project.
We use our highly developed skills to creatively produce a unique one off tailored design that not only has a stylish form but is also functional for you. We have carried out over 800 designs for new homes and alterations to homes and undertaken over 200 commercial projects during the commencing of business in 2006 and counting.
